Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently, following all role-specific instructions.
  • Consistently follow health and safety regulations and any site-specific guidelines.
  • Safely handle, move, load, and unload materials, products, or equipment as needed for your role.
  • Keep your work area clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times.
  • Complete assigned tasks according to agreed schedules, targets, and performance standards.
  • Promptly report any faults, hazards, near-misses, or incidents to your supervisor or manager.
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues and other departments to achieve deadlines and operational objectives.
  • Always adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, care, education, or similar working environment (preferred but not always essential).
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work to agreed deadlines.
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual or active tasks where required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a clear commitment to quality and safe working practices.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours and shift patterns.
  • Able to work independently using your own initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to different tasks, and work across a variety of roles or settings.
