Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our committed team as our new Cover Supervisor. This is a vital position in the school, providing supervision of classes during teacher absences to ensure that learning continues without disruption. You will help maintain a calm, purposeful environment where students remain engaged and productive, following the lesson plans provided by teaching staff. This role is central to the day-to-day running of the school and will suit someone who is confident, adaptable, and able to foster positive relationships with students while maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning.

Beyond lesson supervision, the successful candidate will also be expected to support wider school life. You will contribute to the overall smooth operation of the academy by assisting with various duties that promote a positive and respectful school culture. We are looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and passionate about education, especially in creating a supportive atmosphere where all students can thrive. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, classroom management ability, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping young people achieve their best, we would be delighted to hear from you.
