Role Overview

CT Recruitment is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to provide high-quality support in care home settings. Key Responsibilities

• – Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and mobility.
• – Support residents with meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• – Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing.
• – Assist with daily activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• – Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in residents’ needs.
• – Work collaboratively with other care staff to deliver a safe and supportive environment.
• – Follow all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• – Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential.
• – Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• – Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• – Basic understanding of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
• -Willingness to undertake relevant training, including moving & handling and first aid.
• -Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• -A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
