Join Our Team as a Cover Supervisor!
Are you enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to make a real difference in a vibrant school community? We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team in West Lancashire. In this important role, you’ll step in for teachers during their absences, making sure students stay on track and lessons run smoothly. You’ll help create a positive, calm classroom where everyone can learn and thrive—using lesson plans provided by our teaching staff and keeping students engaged and motivated.
We’re searching for someone who’s confident, approachable, and great at building relationships with young people. You’ll set high expectations for behaviour and learning, while also fostering a supportive atmosphere where students feel valued. Beyond the classroom, you’ll play a key part in school life by helping with a range of activities that encourage our positive and respectful school culture.
If you’re passionate about education and enjoy helping students achieve their best, we’d love to hear from you! Strong communication skills, a knack for classroom management, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people are all qualities we value.
