We are seeking a motivated, dedicated, and professional Teacher of Business Studies with proven experience teaching at Key Stages 4 and 5. You’ll join our successful Business Studies Department, working closely with subject specialists and the Curriculum Leader for Business Studies and Economics.

You’ll inspire and empower students to achieve their full potential in Business Studies by delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that develop essential business knowledge and skills. Your enthusiasm for the subject will create interactive and practical learning experiences, while your focus on assessment and curriculum requirements will help drive student progress and success in this dynamic field.

As our Teacher of Business Studies, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons for Key Stage 4 and 5 students
• Develop students’ understanding of key business concepts, theories, and real-world applications
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs and curriculum requirements
• Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Business Studies curriculum and resources
• Support students in preparing for examinations, coursework, and wider business-related opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues, subject specialists, and the Curriculum Leader for Business Studies and Economics
• Participate in departmental meetings, training, and professional development activities
• Uphold safeguarding, equality, and school policies at all times
