Role Overview
CT Recruitment is seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning in secondary school settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced educators, helping students reach their full potential in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- – Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
- – Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, including those with SEND.
- – Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- – Help prepare learning materials and resources.
- – Track student progress and report any concerns to teaching staff.
- – Foster positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal development.
Requirements
- – Experience working with secondary-age students (preferred but not essential).
- – A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
- – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- – Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- – A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to undergo one through CT Recruitment).
- – Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
