Contract Type: Temporary, Long-Term, and Permanent Positions Available

Salary: £150 – £180 per day (dependent on experience and placement)

Role Overview

CT Recruitment is seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to support teaching and learning in secondary school settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced educators, helping students reach their full potential in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • – Teaching and delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
  • – Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, including those with SEND.
  • – Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  • – Help prepare learning materials and resources.
  • – Track student progress and report any concerns to senior staff.
  • – Foster positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal development.

Requirements

  • – Experience working with secondary-age students (preferred but not essential).
  • – A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
  • – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • – Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • – A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to undergo one through CT Recruitment).
  • – QTS qualification and relevant degree is desirable but not essential.
