What You’ll Do
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people in our care
- Be a positive role model, encouraging structure, boundaries, and routines
- Support young people through individual and group activities, fostering their social, emotional, and physical well-being
- Take on key worker responsibilities, delivering direct support tailored to each child’s needs
- Work alongside colleagues, professionals, and families to achieve the best outcomes
- Participate in leisure activities and help young people develop life skills and resilience
- Fulfil sleep-in duties as part of the team rota
